"I think we can agree that most of us dread insurance renewal time. Usually because we know the insurance is about to go up. I was with Farmers Insurance before, but because of the excellent staff at State Farm, They were a pleasure to work with, Cared about my needs, and made me actually feel good about switching over. And I should be directing most of this praise to Kassidy, because she went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. In fact, I don’t think I would’ve switched insurance companies if it wasn’t for Kassidy. Her knowledge, friendliness, and determination are far beyond any other agent that I’ve ever encountered."
